We ship from Boerne, TX via UPS, USPS or Priority mail. First class mail is available for packages under 12 oz.

Some of our products are classified as Hazardous Materials. These items, such as cleaners and some paints, can only be shipped UPS ground. If you are ordering such items please allow sufficient time for delivery.

Our UPS rates are based on daily pick up rates as published by UPS. Priority mail includes standard fees for delivery confirmation.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, Canada or Mexico will ship USPS Priority if at all possible.

All orders are carefully packaged to arrive in undamaged condition. If your order is damaged, it is important that you file a claim with the appropriate carrier as soon as possible. We will be happy to assist you by phone.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
